Welcome to Quiphire. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline your rights and obligations when renting equipment from us. By renting or using any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please review them carefully before making any rental arrangements. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Company Overview

Quiphire is a provider of equipment rental services, offering high-quality trailers, tippers, and other related products. We are located at: 17 Malcolm Road, Maddington, WA.
We specialize in providing top-tier rental services and are committed to offering excellent customer support and high-quality products for all your rental needs.

2. Products and Services

Quiphire provides a wide selection of equipment for rent, including:

  • Trailers
  • Tippers
  • Other associated accessories

Our equipment is designed to meet industry standards. However, please note that product availability, specifications, pricing, and descriptions may change without prior notice.

We take care in ensuring that product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all content on our website is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies.

3. Rental Process

When renting from Quiphire, please be aware of the following:

  • Availability: While we strive to maintain adequate stock, availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If the product you wish to rent is unavailable, we will inform you and offer alternatives such as backordering or substitution.
  • Rental Agreement: By placing a rental order (either via phone, email, or in person), you make an offer to rent equipment in accordance with these Terms. Your rental agreement is only finalized once we confirm your order.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your rental request.
  • Rental Charges: Rental charges are applicable as per the equipment rented and the rental duration. Charges will be clearly outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Pickup and Equipment Return

  • Pickup: All rentals must be picked up from our physical store location at 17 Malcolm Road, Maddington, WA 6109. We do not offer delivery services at this time, and customers are required to collect equipment in person.
  • Return of Equipment: Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date. Late returns may incur additional fees. If there is any damage to the equipment upon return, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
  • Inspection Upon Return: Upon returning the equipment, we will inspect it for damage. If the equipment is returned in a damaged state (other than regular wear and tear), you will be liable for repair costs.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Damaged Equipment

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a rental, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds:Refunds are only issued if:

    The equipment is returned early in its rental period, and we approve a refund.

    The equipment is found to be faulty or defective.

    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

  • Warranty: Equipment rented from Quiphire is covered by a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the duration of the rental period and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: Quiphire’s:liability for any damages arising from the use of our equipment is limited to the rental fee of the equipment. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or personal injury, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • Insurance:Customers are encouraged to purchase rental insurance to cover the risks of damage, theft, or loss during the rental period. Insurance is the responsibility of the renter, and we recommend reviewing available options.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Quiphire is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We collect, store, and process your personal data as per our Privacy Policy. By renting from us, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in line with our privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quiphire website, including logos, trademarks, product images, and written material, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without express written permission from Quiphire.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiphire, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of rental equipment or any violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

Quiphire reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.
