Our pickup facility is located at 17 Malcolm Road, Maddington, WA 6109. All vehicle rentals are available for pickup from this location only.
Currently, we only offer store pickup services. All rentals must be picked up and returned to our Maddington, WA location.
Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance, especially during peak seasons. This ensures the vehicle you need is available when you arrive.
To rent a vehicle from us, you will need:
- A valid driver’s license.
- A credit card for payment and a security deposit.
- Proof of identity (e.g., passport, utility bill).
- You must be at least 21 years old to rent a truck, or 18 years old for certain trailers (subject to approval).

To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
